We can only offer returns for items that are unused, in new condition and still have the original Carthan tag on them. Carthan must be emailed at info@carthan.co within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund. The customer can either provide their own shipping label, or Carthan can provide one, but the cost will come out of the amount refunded.

Carthan is not responsible for a returned package until it has been marked as "delivered" via tracking to the correct return address.
