We have the highest standards of quality control and inspect every bag before we ship. Sometimes, we find some minor details that are barely noticeable on our products that make them appear 99.99% perfect instead of 100% perfect. Most imperfections would not be noticed by anyone but us. 

So we are offering these at a discount to our customers who would like one of our bags but find them slightly out of their price range.
